Commercial Spaces

Hope Community, Inc. provides more than 40,000 square feet of affordable commercial space in 28 buildings throughout East Harlem.  Since our first building acquisition with commercial space in 1977, our focus has been to promote economic development in East Harlem by creating and maintaining a portfolio of affordable commercial space. Our commercial spaces support 39 small businesses and social service agencies offering the community an array of products and services.  We estimate that these businesses generate $10 million in revenue and support 100 jobs.  We are very proud of our contribution to the revitalization of East Harlem's commercial corridor and it continues to be a major emphasis of our community development work.  For more information and current a list of commercial spaces available at Hope Community, please call the Director of Property Management at (212) 860-8821, ext. 122.

Social Services include: housing, youth, senior citizen, religious, etc.
Consumer Services include: beauty salon, travel agency, contractors, printer, etc.
Dry Goods include: grocery, florist, fragrance, bakery, glass and mirror, etc.
